These terms cover work carried out by NOX Studio, a one-person studio based in London, UK.
Scope and price. Work is quoted at a fixed price from the published options (Fix, Direct Booking Site, Direct Booking Plus, Care Plan). No hourly billing and no additional invoices beyond the agreed scope.
Payment. Build projects are 50% to start and 50% on launch. Prices exclude VAT where applicable. The Care Plan is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
Ownership. You own the site, the code, the domain, the Stripe account and the Google Business Profile from day one. Nothing is rented from me. If you end the Care Plan, the site remains yours and keeps running.
Reviews and launch. Build projects include one round of changes before launch and are tested end to end, including checkout, before going live.
Liability. I take reasonable care but can't guarantee specific booking or revenue outcomes. Third-party services (e.g. Stripe, hosting, Google) are governed by their own terms.
